let me state this here (just thinking):
next chapter is called: "Rosemary"
according to the myths around this flower there are two possibilities->
1. it's the sign of Love and Loyality. So as we can see Jellal watching her like this in the last panel, the name "Rosemary" refers to erza and simon as well as jellal and is placed as 'the potential lover and / or the true one'
2. in other countries it has also the meaning of death and also remembrance. Same here with Simon i guess, if you relate everything to his death and the fact that Kagura is his sister and he died for Erza…
So in any case "Rosemary" refers to either of them, Erza, or Kagura (maybe both) and the chapter will imply the signs of love and death in it's way (according to the fact, that Mashima uses a lot of traditional references)
Personally i think it will show Kagura trying to do "Harakiri"..don't ask me why..it's just the fact that the members of Fairy Tail and their reaction shown in the last page doesn't seem TOO SHOCKED for Erza being sliced..also Jellal's face and the fact he said "There is something wrong here" (since he knows the future as well, cuz of future Lucy) and the fact that someone screamed at Kagura to not use THAT sword..hm…why? BLAAAAAAH..
